Andreas Spaeth

Andreas Spaeth has been traveling the world as a freelance aviation journalist for over 30 years, visiting and writing about airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and airports. He is frequently invited to appear on radio and TV programs, has authored several books, and co-hosts the Flugforensik (“Flight Forensics”) podcast.

Vita

Andreas Spaeth has always been interested in journalism and aviation, and has carved out a career that combines both. He is a graduate of LMU Munich and the Deutsche Journalistenschule (German School of Journalism) and has been involved in all aspects of commercial aviation since the late 1980s. Although he has never worked in the industry himself, he is regarded internationally as one of its leading experts and commentators. Spaeth appears on TV, radio, online, print, and social media, targeting both B2B audiences and the general public. His live TV appearances are in both German and English, as are the live tours with his popular Flight Forensics podcast. He is also a successful book author and has won several media awards.
